« 成立「國際事務研究中心」，納編本系全體教師，並邀請校內外國際事務專家學者參與。每學年進行二次小型的國際事務研究講座討論會，共進行四次，分別針對國際文化、國際政治與國際經濟等議題，進行學術對談。論壇內容，將透過網站，推廣分享。
