2019國際事務系海外學術交流補助

國際事務系同學 平安,

    系辦公室目前提供有「學生海外學術交流交通費補助」，同學於108年1月至108年7月已計畫從事「國際志工服務」或「海外實習」者，請於108年1月4日(五)前檢附以下資料向系辦公室申請：

1. 申請海外實習者檢附已完成用印之合約書。
2. 申請國際志工服務者檢附報名表。

    報名者資料將由系內教師組成委員會審核資格，獲得補助學生須於活動結束後繳交海外實習/志工成果報告，以及檢附相關國際機票收據存根。若有相關問題，請洽國際事務系辦公室系務助理。

Overseas Academic Exchange Subsidy

Dear Students of the Department of International Affairs,

From January to July 2019, anyone planning to engage in international volunteer service or overseas internship can apply for transportation fee subsidy from the department office.  If you are interested, please submit the following documents to the department office by Friday, January 4, 2019.

1. Applicants for overseas internship are required to submit a contract for the completion of the contract.
2. Applicants for overseas volunteer service must submit a registration form for volunteer service activities.

The applicant's information will be reviewed by the committee formed by the faculty of the department. Students who receive subsidies must submit an report and receipt of boarding pass after the accomplishment of the activity. If you have any questions, please contact office assistant, Mr. Yeh.
