開放國際事務系碩士班課程先修!!《Open Application》Guidelines on Pre-Master's Studies for Department of International Affairs

一、為鼓勵同學繼續留在本校就讀碩士班，達到連續學習及縮短修業年限之目的，特訂定「國際事務系碩士班課程先修甄選規範」。

二、甄選資格：本校大學部（含日間部及進修部）四年制學生修業滿 4 學期，二年制學生修業滿 1 學期，得依本校或本系公告申請時間，提出申請。

三、申請者須繳交以下審查文件，並由本系教師組成審查委員團隊依下列占比評分：

   （一）國際事務系碩士班課程先修申請表。
   （二）歷年成績單正本一份50%。    
   （三）讀書計畫50%。
   （四）其他有利審查之書面資料（額外加分，最多加分 10%）。

四、審查程序：由本系系主任推薦至少 2 位本系教師擔任資格審查委員，經審查核可後，將錄取名單送至教務處，並經行政程序核定後公佈。

1. Purpose

To encourage undergraduate students to continue their studies at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, ensuring continuous learning and reducing the time required for degree completion, the “Guidelines on Pre-Master's Studies for Department of International Affairs” are established.

2. Eligibility

Undergraduate students at Wenzao are eligible to apply if they meet the following criteria:

• Four-year program students: have completed at least four semesters.

• Applications must be submitted within the time frame announced by the university or the department.

3. Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents for review. The evaluation will be conducted by a panel of faculty members based on the following proportions:

(1) Application Form for Pre-Master's Studies for Department of International Affairs

(2) One original copy of the academic transcript (50%)

(3) Study Plan (50%)

(4) Other supporting documents beneficial for review (optional, up to 10% additional points)

4. Review Process

• The Department Chair will recommend at least two faculty members to serve as the qualification review committee.

• Afterwards, the list of qualified applicants will be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office for administrative review.

5. Deadline

Please submit all the required documents to DIA office by April 14.
